The script generates random elevation profiles from a topographic map (display:none) of the area around Innsbruck (Austria) which contains an alpha channel with elevation values. For image details, please see the SVGopen link below. The output shows minimum and maximum values found plus the time required to calculate them. You need to access the page via http:// , otherwise Firefox aborts with a security error at getImageData().
